Drive four premature failure in two Ready NAS devices - Coincidence?

Hi,

I’ve got a ReadyNAS 426 and ReadyNas 516.

All six drives in each device the same size/model, however, one contained 6 x 10TB and the other 6 x 18TB.

Both had a failure on drive four after 36,000 and 49,000 hours.

All other drives have no issues and are from similar batches.

Is this just a massive coincidence, or has anyone else experienced the same?
